The energetic New Year is here
March!!!! wtf!! If you are going thru it,,,,,,,,, you are not alone. We just had a blood full moon, its eclipse season, retrogrades are happening, and the Spring Equinox is approaching... the energetic New Year 🌸🐍
All that is not in alignment, all that is not serving us is being exposed and taken out of our lives at this time. We are being redirected and realigned. It's a major turning point. You might experience deep wounds surfacing, uncertainty/feeling lost, drained, people from the past popping in, shifts in your relationships- endings, reevaluations, karmic patterns surfacing, and ✨divinely guided redirection✨. Surrender and trust what you're experiencing is all FOR YOU, not against you. All I gotta say is touch some grass and get in tune with yourself, by yourself. Its not a time to take action but to release, set intentions and let things unfold organically.
In honor of the Spring Equinox I made some journal prompts for reflection, and intention setting. 9 questions because its year of the 9, obvi.
- What lessons did this past year teach me? What was the constant theme? Give this past year a chapter name in relation to what you feel like you experienced. (E.g. Metamorphosis)
- I'm proud of myself for ______.
- In what ways did I experience balance and imbalance in my life this year?
- Am I where I envisioned myself a year ago? Do the intentions I set then still align with who I am today? How has my path unfolded differently that I expected, and In what ways have I remained the same? What growth can I acknowledge?
- What am I most grateful for this past year?
- What am I ready to release as I step into this new season?
- How do I feel in this moment of transition?
- What seeds do I want to plant this season?
- How do I want to FEEL in this new season?
My favorite rituals for entering the new season:
- Cleansing and protecting my space,
- A DEEP clean,
- Getting rid of old clothes, and things that don't align with where I'm going in this new season
- Vision board,
- A lot of silence, meditation, journaling, and conscious flow of thoughts,
- lots of tea to relax the nervous system.
